Allway Restaurant Equipment Supplies understands that an order may be mistyped, or mis-enterd. With this understanding, we try to work with customers needing to return items as follows:
1. Allway applies a 25% restock fee to all returns. All shipping / freight charges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
2. Products damaged in shipment can be returned for exchange within 7 business days of delivery, with written authorization from Allway. In order to avoid restock fees, the authorization for damage exchange must be applied for within 3 days of delivery. Please inspect all shipments immediately and report to Allway via phone & Email. We will provide written approval for the return via email. Please note that additional shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Returns are accepted for any reason within 30 days of shipment, with written RMA (Return Merchandiser Approval). A 25% restock fee and all shipping costs will be deducted from the refunds. Refunds / credits are issued within 30 days of receipt of products in excellent / new condition at Allway Restaurant Equipment in Orlando.
