Return Policy

Allway Restaurant Equipment Supplies understands that an order may be mistyped, or mis-enterd. With this understanding, we try to work with customers needing to return items as follows:

  • 1. Allway applies a 25% restock fee to all returns. All shipping / freight charges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
  • 2. Products damaged in shipment can be returned for exchange within 7 business days of delivery, with written authorization from Allway. In order to avoid restock fees, the authorization for damage exchange must be applied for within 3 days of delivery. Please inspect all shipments immediately and report to Allway via phone & Email. We will provide written approval for the return via email. Please note that additional shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • 3. Returns are accepted for any reason within 30 days of shipment, with written RMA (Return Merchandiser Approval). A 25% restock fee and all shipping costs will be deducted from the refunds. Refunds / credits are issued within 30 days of receipt of products in excellent / new condition at Allway Restaurant Equipment in Orlando.
  • 4. All products returned must be in brand new condition with original packaging. If an item is not in the original packing, you may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 50% of the retail price. Under no circumstances
